I am a Certified Personal Trainer who specialized in Seniors Fitness. I will show you how to overcome mobility issues, reach YOUR health and fitness goals, become confident in your body and achieve the active lifestyle you have always wanted or want to continue to have.
I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate in activities they enjoy. Pain, mobility restrictions, past injuries, lack of time, lack of knowledge and lack of confidence should not hold anyone back from experiencing the activities and lifestyles they want to enjoy.
I have a degree in Sport and Exercises Psychology and am a Certified Personal Trainer. I have certificates in Corrective Exercise, Bonefit Certification, Nutrition Specialist and Assessment and Program Design Specialist.
I have been involved in sports and exercise for most of my life, but I have also been on the other side. I have used eating as a means of stress relief, have been many pounds over weight and felt the burden of feeling unhealthy and out of shape. These experiences have helped me to understand the importance of a strong body and mind.
I am always positive and encouraging. I love to be a cheerleader and to help people reach their health and fitness goals, feel more confident in their body and perform activities and exercises they love.
Through working in various settings; a personal training studio, the YMCA, Goodlife, retirement homes and at an in-home personal training company, I have been able to hone my skills and adapt my programs and exercises to many different ages, varying abilities and fitness levels.
I have transitioned my business to online and in person training where I have been providing one-on-one and group training ever since.
I’m a trainer who will encourage, educate and help you to achieve your goals. I will get to know you as a human, as I learn about your lifestyle, goals, and motivation to wanting the lifestyle change you desire.
