Home Fitness Programs for Seniors - Intro Packs
This is an Intro Pack to Personal Training. You can choose 4 week, 8 week or 12 week packages. Each Intro Pack includes:
* Free 3o minute consultation through Zoom to find out your goals, health history and to discuss your exercise program.
* Free Resistance Bands (set of 3 light, medium, heavy)
* A fitness program based on the weeks of the package (which includes three 60 minute sessions a week)
* Access to the exercise library which includes exercise demos, exercise photos and descriptions, exercise logs and nutritional resources.
* Weekly check in with Personal Trainer via email or Whatsapp
* Access to two Online Seniors Group Fitness Classes per week (or if you cannot make the class, access to the recording of the class)
