• Personalized program based off of the results from your assessment. 
• Personalized Nutrition suggestions 
• Access to Health Through Mobility Facebook Group for continuous support through the Health Through Mobility community. 
• Re-assessment and evaluations.
• This is a great option for those of you who want to workout from the comfort of your home with a personal trainer on Zoom. 
• Only $50 per session.
